Starbase Phoenix is a chapter of the United Federation of Planets Internationalé! The station serves as home to those UFPI members who are not currently assigned to a chapter. The Commanding Officer of this installation is UFPI's Chief of Operations and it serves as one the projects of the Fleet Operations Department.
